In early January 2026, Fanatics teamed up with the legendary voice of Allstate, Dennis Haysbert, to launch its latest advertisement for the company’s leading Fair Play policy.

For those unfamiliar, Fanatics’ Fair Play policy is an injury-protection program that safeguards bettors when a player in their prop wager leaves a game early due to injury.

“If a player unexpectedly exits a game early, Fanatics Sportsbook pays out the Under as a winner and refunds any Over single player prop bets,” a statement from the company read, according to an earlier report from The Blast. “If the player is part of a customer’s parlay, Fanatics Sportsbook will click the Under as a winner and void the parlay leg for any Overs and keep the parlay active with recalculated odds.”

According to a 2026 press release sent to The Blast, Fanatics’ Fair Play policy has offered NFL bettors season-saving protection all season long, refunding single-player prop bets when a player was injured in the first half and preserving parlays by voiding affected legs and recalculating odds.

This season, 149 moments were saved by Fanatics’ Fair Play policy. Additionally, over $17 million was returned directly to customers through Fair Play refunds, and more than $13 million was paid in second-quarter protection.

This isn’t the first time Fanatics has made headlines over its generous Fair Play policy. In May 2025, the sportsbook refunded more than $500,000 to consumers after Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry unexpectedly left a playoff game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The policy also turned one lucky bettor’s $5,000 wager into a $224,773 win after Curry’s player prop was voided. The parlay also consisted of soccer props and the Warriors’ moneyline. The revised odds were +9240, making it the largest ever saved bet at the time.

Before that, Fanatics wowed bettors after paying out more than $250,000 in bets when Kristaps Porzingis left a contest due to injury. The Fair Play Policy voided the baller’s props, turning a five-leg parlay (+2375 odds) into a $24,000 winning ticket.

Fanatics has joined forces with major celebrities in the past, including rap superstar Megan Thee Stallion, actor Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Livvy Dunne.

Another report from The Blast also details the company’s previous collaboration with former NFL star Johnny Manziel, who champions the sportsbook on episodes of his “Glory Daze” podcast.

“On ‘Glory Daze,’ Manziel, a former first-round pick, sits down to have authentic conversations with some of the most iconic and legendary names in sports as they share never-before-heard stories, discuss their career-defining moments, and much more,” a report said.

During certain parts of the episodes, Manziel took his love for Fanatics to another level, transforming into “Johnny FanCash”—the Heisman winner’s alter ego dedicated to gassing up the one-of-a-kind sportsbook.

Mahomes Jersey Sees Decline In Sales

According to PEOPLE, Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs jersey saw a sharp decline in sales after the Chiefs missed the playoffs.

Mahomes previously held the No. 2 spot in 2024 behind Philadelphia Eagles superstar Saquon Barkley. However, a new report confirms the Super Bowl champion dropped 20 slots to No. 22 right behind Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys.

The news also comes after the quarterback suffered a season-ending ACL injury against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The unfortunate injury occurred in the final minutes of the game after Mahomes scrambled out of the pocket, trying to escape defensive player Da’Shawn Hand.

“Don’t know why this had to happen,” Mahomes wrote online. “And not going to lie, [it] hurts. But all we can do now is [trust] in God and attack every single day over and over again. Thank you, Chiefs kingdom, for always supporting me and for everyone who has reached out and sent prayers. I [will] be back stronger than ever.”

Mahomes’ Chiefs bestie, Travis Kelce, has also made headlines over the last few weeks, as many have speculated the “Grotesquerie” actor will retire.

Rob Gronkowski weighed in on the matter and shared what he believes Taylor Swift’s fiancé will do. “My gut tells me about Travis Kelce is that he will not be back next year,” he said. “He has had a significant career, Kay. He has had an excellent year once again this year.”
