Kim Kardashian’s emotional revelation came during a visit with Scott Disick, who joined her for a doctor-recommended brain scan after a Prenuvo screening detected a small aneurysm.

While preparing for the appointment, Disick acknowledged the stress the socialite seemed to be under, telling her, “By the way, I’m sorry about all that you’re going through. It looks stressful. I mean, I see some of the stuff, and it’s like, f-ck.”

Kardashian didn’t deny it, responding, “It is hard.” A confessional that followed added even more context with producers noting that West was “very loud out there right now.”

This prompted the mom of four to explain her decision to avoid reacting publicly. “I just can’t really engage. I think it’s just for the better,” she said.

She admitted, “Sometimes I just feel like snapping, but I can’t. I just can’t.”
