The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has fired a staff attorney after she posted a profanity-laced anti-ICE tirade.

Shannon Desherow, the leftist Assistant General Counsel at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, has been FIRED after posting an expletive-filled TikTok tirade in which she refused to cooperate with ICE, claimed the agency has “no authority and no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens,” and urged Americans to “make their lives f—ing miserable.”

OSBI confirmed the termination to Fox News after completing an internal investigation.

“Once we were made aware of her social media post, we opened an internal investigation,” an OSBI spokesperson said.

“Upon completion of the internal investigation, she was terminated. Since this is a personnel matter, we are unable to further comment at this time.”

Desherow’s unhinged video, which first exploded after Libs of TikTok amplified it in early July, captured the radical attorney ranting from what appeared to be her car:

“Conservatives really think they’re doing something when they say, ‘Just comply’ when it comes to ICE and United States citizens… why the f— would I comply with someone who has no jurisdiction over me… ICE has no authority and no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens. So why the f— would I comply with an order given to me at gunpoint by somebody who has no f—ing authority to make that order? I’m not going to. That’s the f—ing thing.”

She continued: “An ICE warrant, by the way, 99% of the time, is an administrative warrant. It’s not good enough for the f—ing Fourth Amendment… I was born here, and I’m going to make it an ICE agent’s problem. I don’t have to f—ing comply with ICE, because I was born here. And every citizen needs to have that f—ing mindset. We need to make their lives f—ing miserable, and that’s exactly what we should be doing.”

This is the same taxpayer-funded lawyer whose LinkedIn bio proudly described her as a “leftist in a red state” and featured a Palestinian flag emoji. She was paid by Oklahomans to work inside a law enforcement agency while openly encouraging resistance to federal immigration enforcement.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond immediately distanced the state from her comments and called her out hard.

“Her comments attacking the credibility and mission of ICE do not reflect the values of Oklahomans or the views of the law enforcement professionals who work every day with our federal partners to keep our communities safe. Anyone in Oklahoma law enforcement who feels so passionately against our federal partners should resign. Homeland Security, FBI, DEA and ICE are critical allies to Oklahoma… An attack against one of them is an attack on the entire system that protects our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.”

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s Shannon Desherow does not speak for Oklahoma. Republican Lt. Governor candidate T.W. Shannon also praised the outcome: “BIG NEWS: Sources tell me this ICE-hating radical leftist has been terminated from her employment @OSBI_OK… That is exactly what should have happened… No one who encourages citizens to refuse cooperation with law enforcement should ever be employed by a law enforcement agency.”

BIG NEWS: Sources tell me this ICE-hating radical leftist has been terminated from her employment @OSBI_OK and processed out. That is exactly what should have happened, and I commend OSBI leadership for making the right move. No one who encourages citizens to refuse cooperation… https://t.co/MHMSlSopVl
