    The ‘NFL’s 4,500-yard passers’ quiz

Happy 30th birthday to four-time Pro Bowler, 2024 NFL MVP and Buffalo Bills quarterback, Josh Allen!

Josh Allen has been one of the most productive quarterbacks in the NFL since taking over as the Bills full-time starter in 2019. He’s thrown for at least 4,000 yards four times, rushed for at least 500 yards seven times and led the Bills to seven-consecutive playoff appearances.

But despite his often-electric play, his career has been defined by his “always the bridesmaid, never the bride,” role to Patrick Mahomes in the AFC. Mahomes and the Chiefs have ended the Bills season four times in that seven-year stretch, including twice in AFC title games that were decided by a combined-nine points.

He had what could prove to be his best chance to reach the Super Bowl in 2025 as the alpha-QB in the AFC, but lost 33-30 to Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos in overtime of the AFC Divisional round. He’ll enter his eighth professional season with a new head coach on the sidelines in Joe Brady, who has spent the last four years as the Bills offensive coordinator and more pressure to reach the Super Bowl than ever.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Allen is one of 35 quarterbacks in NFL history to throw for at least 4,500 yards in a single season. How many of those quarterbacks can you name in five minutes?

    Good luck!
