Happy 31st birthday to three-time MLB All-Star, two-time Silver Slugger, 2017 National League Rookie of the Year and 2019 MVP, Cody Bellinger!

Bellinger spent his first six big league seasons as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers, hitting 39 home runs in his first MLB season with a .267 batting average. In 2019 he hit better than .300 for the first of two times so far in his career with a personal best 47 home runs and 115 RBI. But after the Dodgers won the World Series in the COVID-shortened 2020 season, his bat fell off a cliff in 2021 and 2022.

He got a fresh start with the Cubs in 2023, hitting .307 after .165 and .210 in his final campaigns as a Dodger before being traded to the New York Yankees ahead of 2025 and signing a new contract with them before 2026. So far in the Bronx he’s hitting .264 with 40 HRs and 149 RBI in 245 games.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the players to be named National League MVP can you name in 10 minutes?

    Good luck!
