The Hollywood couple tied the knot in a low-key ceremony at New Orleans’ iconic Preservation Hall in June 2022, as reported by The Blast.

In October 2024, they welcomed their first child together, though they chose to keep details like the baby’s name and gender private at the time.

Despite their split, sources close to the former couple insist they still share “love and respect” for one another and remain committed to co-parenting their 15-month-old.

As news of the breakup spreads, fans have begun revisiting images and quotes from the Louisiana wedding. Now, however, those memories noticeably carry a different weight.

Fans Revisit Alexandra Daddario’s Wedding As Divorce News Breaks

On February 20, 2026, PEOPLE reported that Daddario and Form were officially dissolving their marriage after three years together.

The outlet quoted a statement from a representative for “The White Lotus” star confirming the decision.

“Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage,” the actress’s rep said.

The announcement quickly sent fans back to 2022, when the couple walked down the aisle.

“My immediate thought went to their wedding pics,” one user noted on Reddit. “Not a lot of celebrity weddings stick in my memories, but this one was one of them.”

Daddario and Form celebrated their wedding with a Vogue feature in June 2022, accompanied by an interview about their relationship. In the conversation, the actress recalled their “meet-cute” encounter on an unusually empty downtown street in New York at the height of the COVID pandemic.

Form asked her out on a dinner date, sparking a relationship journey that culminated in a marriage proposal in August 2021.

Speaking to Vogue, however, Daddario revealed they had already committed to getting married in a previous drunken moment.

“We got engaged then, but we had both agreed to marry each other one night in April 2021 after too much wine,” she said.

Daddario said she originally dreamt of getting married in Italy, but those plans changed after she landed a leading role in AMC’s “Mayfair Witches.” The series was set to begin filming in New Orleans in April 2022.

With production bringing her to Louisiana for an extended period, Daddario and Andrew Form ultimately decided to host their wedding in the city instead.

The decision was also influenced by close friends who had previously celebrated their own nuptials there.

“My friends Allie and Jake had the most amazing wedding in New Orleans,” Daddario told Vogue. “When I got [the] job, I thought of Allie and Jake, and we switched it to New Orleans. It’s a city full of music and life.”

The Couple Commit To Co-Parenting After Split

In their statement to PEOPLE confirming the divorce, Daddario’s representative said the choice to split was made amicably.

“The decision was made with love and respect,” the rep said. “They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”

While no details were provided regarding the reasons behind the split, social media users were quick to weigh in with their own theories.

“A new baby can put a lot of pressure and tension on a marriage,” one Redditor wrote, referencing the couple’s 15-month-old son.

There has been no confirmation from Daddario, Form, or their representatives to support any such speculation.

The actress has been filming the third season of “Mayfair Witches” since October 2025, with principal photography scheduled to wrap in Vancouver, British Columbia, this February.

Beyond the AMC series, Daddario is also attached to portray Catherine “Kitty” Hershey in an upcoming biographical film chronicling the history of The Hershey Company.

The movie is titled “Hershey,” and features “American Horror Story” star Finn Wittrock as Kitty’s husband, Milton.

Additional projects reportedly in development starring the actress include “Inground,” “Double Booked,” and “Happy Life,” though official release dates have yet to be announced.
