Happy 34th birthday to six-time Pro Bowler, 2017 Comeback Player of the Year and 13-year NFL veteran, Keenan Allen!

Allen began his career with the Chargers while they were still in San Diego, catching 71 passes for 1,046 yards and eight touchdowns in his rookie year out of Cal in 2013. After injuries hampered his 2015 and 2016 seasons, Allen returned with a vengeance in the Chargers first season in Los Angeles in 2017.

He caught 102 passes for a career-high 1,393 yards to go with six touchdowns to earn his first of five-straight Pro Bowl appearances and the AP Comeback Player of the Year Award.

After five 1,000-yard seasons in seven tries, Allen left the Chargers to spend one frustrating season with the Chicago Bears before returning to LA for 2025. In his age-33 season he caught 81 passes for 777 yards and four TD’s, giving him 70 in his career so far.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the players to be named AP Comeback Player of the Year since 1998 can you name in five minutes?

    Good luck!
