San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama will make his second-ever NBA Christmas Day appearance this year against Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the buzz saw that is the OKC Thunder. If the Spurs are going to pull off the holiday upset, they might need him to replicate his 42-point, 18-rebound performance from his Christmas Day debut last season.
Wembanyama is averaging 24.4 points, 12.3 rebounds and 3.3 blocks-per-game this season. While he missed 12 games with a calf strain, the Spurs are still just a few games behind Oklahoma City in the Western Conference.
