“Real Housewives of Potomac” stars Wendy and Eddie Osefo were back in court on December 19, 2025, for their ongoing fraud case. In an attempt to block prosecutors from viewing eight years’ worth of their financial records, prosecutors argued to the court that there is public demand and interest in the case and that securing Wendy and Eddie’s financial documents would ensure “justice is done.” During the recent court hearing, prosecutors also revealed that Wendy and Eddie “have very little money.”

Wendy And Eddie Osefo Reportedly Burdened By ‘Substantial Debt,’ Have 67 Credit Cards

According to a previous report from The Blast, prosecutors revealed that the Osefos have a “pattern of excessive spending” which they believe “support a motive in their criminal case.” At the time, prosecutors alleged the couple is burdened by “substantial debt” and that they found “approximately 40 credit and/or debit cards” in their names and those of different companies.

A new report from The Baltimore Banner revealed that the reality TV couple frequently used aliases, including “Pam Oliver” and “Eddie Hennessy.” Prosecutors also amended their earlier statement, sharing that they found “67 [credit] cards in four different luxury wallets, including a lambskin, black-quilted Chanel wallet that was previously reported stolen.”
