Rookie guard Olivia Miles had another impressive performance on Saturday as the red-hot Minnesota Lynx won their seventh consecutive game.

The No. 2 overall pick of the 2026 WNBA Draft had 19 points on 9-of-14 shooting, six rebounds and six assists in the 88-68 home victory over the Seattle Storm, further distancing herself in the Rookie of the Year race at the season’s quarter mark.

Olivia Miles, Lynx stay red-hot as team improves to 9-2

Following Saturday, Miles is averaging 17.2 points, five rebounds and 6.4 assists per game this season. She’s been an impressive, seamless fit in a veteran-heavy Lynx starting lineup. Everyone else in the rotation is at least 30, but Miles has never appeared out of her element, demonstrating impressive confidence and maturity for a player her age.

Early, she got Minnesota on the board with he team trailing, 6-0, 90 seconds into the game, with an attacking basket on a pick-and-roll, driving against Storm center Stefanie Dolson for a layup off the glass.
