Kelly Osbourne clapped back at online critics commenting on her weight loss, explaining she’s struggled to eat since her father Ozzy Osbourne‘s death.

Sharon Osbourne also defended her daughter, saying grief has deeply affected the TV personality, who has long been targeted for her body.

Amid the criticism, Kelly Osbourne appeared confident at a London event, debuting a Marilyn Monroe-inspired blonde hairstyle.

Kelly is pushing back against the criticism she has been receiving online, and her mother, Sharon, is standing firmly beside her.

During a recent conversation with Piers Morgan about the final days of her late husband, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, Morgan played a now-deleted Instagram video in which Kelly addressed the flood of comments about her noticeable weight loss.

She explained that since her father’s death on July 22, eating has been incredibly difficult.

“To the people who keep thinking they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like ‘Are you ill,’ or ‘Get off Ozempic, you don’t look right.’ My dad just died, and I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family,” the “Fashion Police” actress said, per People Magazine.

Kelly continued, “And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life. So to all those people, ‘f-ck off.”

Sharon didn’t hesitate to back her daughter’s message, stating, “She’s right. She’s lost her daddy, she can’t eat right now.”

Kelly, now 41, has been in the spotlight since she was a teenager on “The Osbournes,” and has been dealing with constant criticism of her every move.

The singer has also spoken openly for years about the harsh scrutiny she has faced over her body transformations.

At an event in May, Kelly told People that criticism about her weight has always eclipsed anything else she’s been through.

“I have been a drug addict, an alcoholic … I’ve been a complete mess, disrespectful to people, horrible — but I got more sh-t for being fat than I did for anything else,” she said. “It’s insane.”

Kelly noted that no matter what she weighs, the comments about her body never stop.

“You’ll never read an article about me that hasn’t got a comment about my weight,” she shared. “People [would] say, ‘You’re so pretty. Why don’t you just lose a little bit of weight, and then you’ll be the total package.”

The TV personality noted that hearing that constantly messed with her mentally.

Kelly further explained that she tried nearly every method imaginable: surgery, medication, strict diets, exercise, until she eventually focused on her mental health first, which helped everything else align.

“I got my mind where I needed it to be, and everything started to fall into place,” she shared.

Kelly also revealed that during her pregnancy with her son Sid, now 3, she secluded herself for nine months after gaining 100 pounds.

She explained that she feared suffering the public shaming she watched happen to Jessica Simpson, who was mocked for her pregnancy weight gain.

“I was so frightened that it would happen to me too that I hid. I just didn’t want pictures out there. I didn’t want to face it, and have people be like, ‘Oh, she’s a moose!’ So I just cut the problem out,” she recalled.

But staying home had one unexpected blessing: time with her now-late father, Ozzy. With her partner Sid Wilson away on tour, Kelly moved back in with her parents and spent nearly every day with the rock star.

“We played Jenga, we played cards, we had like 20 different TV shows we were watching at once,” she recalled, per People. “He would go on my diet, and I’d go on his diet, and then we’d work out in the pool together, because his physical therapy was similar to what I was supposed to be doing. We had the best time together.”

In the midst of shutting down comments about her weight loss, Kelly stepped out to show off her new blonde look.

The TV personality embraced full Marilyn Monroe vibes at the launch of Juliet Sear’s bakeware line in London on Tuesday, wearing her cropped, chin-length blonde hair in soft, voluminous waves.

She completed the glam with a bold rose-toned lipstick and a subtle smoky eye. Kelly kept her outfit classy and understated in a charcoal-gray button-down paired with matching trousers.

She finished the look with black heels, a gold necklace, drop earrings, and a sleek black bracelet.

Despite the recent scrutiny, Kelly looked confident and upbeat as she posed for photos with guests and alongside Sear at the event.

Although she first went blonde last year, she didn’t reveal the shorter cut until January. By May, she was already leaning into old-Hollywood glamour, showing off her waved hairstyle on Instagram and crediting Marilyn Monroe as her inspiration.

Sharing a selfie at the time, Kelly wrote, “I love a little Marilyn look to get this Saturday started!!!!!”
