Jennifer Garner Breaks Silence On Plastic Surgery Rumors

The actress revealed that while she has tried Botox before, she doesn’t think it’s for her. However, she may still consider trying other cosmetic procedures in the future. 

Garner recently underwent a noticeable wardrobe overhaul, and many are attributing it to her desire to attract more high-profile roles in the film industry. 

During the conversation, the subject of cosmetic procedures came up, and the 53-year-old actress revealed that she tried Botox before but didn’t feel comfortable with the results. 

She felt like a “walking billboard” because it was too conspicuous, and it ultimately led her to realize that it “unfortunately” wasn’t for her.

However, she also made it clear that she holds no judgment whatsoever about people who choose to get Botox. “I also think that anyone who wants to do whatever they wanna do, they look beautiful. They look beautiful,” she said.

Garner further admitted that she still had insecurities about her face, but had to come up with a different way to address them by getting bangs instead of Botox.

“I do, I have creasy wrinkles, and I’m just, they’re gonna have to just be there. So, sometimes I get bangs,” she explained.

Still on the subject of cosmetic procedures, the Houston-born actress revealed that she visits a dermatologist once a year to get specialized, non-invasive treatments as a human “pin cushion.”

However, she’s not totally ruling surgery out of the picture. Although she is “unlikely” to get a facelift, she’s not closing the door on that either. 

“My kids are like, ‘Mom, promise us you’ll never get a facelift.’ And I say, ‘I am unlikely to rush toward a facelift,’ And yet I refuse to make that promise because I am me today, and I don’t know how I’m gonna feel,” she told Kelce. 

Besides trying Botox and eventually settling for bangs instead, Garner recently made a noticeable change to her style.

The Golden Globe winners’ outfits have gradually become more revealing and less conservative, which is reportedly an intentional move.

According to The Blast, a source revealed that Garner made the switch to attract more “high-profile film roles.” They noted that she’s still passionate about acting, and as such, decided to show everyone that she “still looks hot.”

Despite the drastic wardrobe change, the actress’s personality is still reportedly the same, as she only views the fashion switch-up as a “low-risk move.” 

Amid changing her wardrobe in an effort to land more Hollywood roles, Garner is also trying to find her balance in co-parenting her kids with Ben Affleck. 

During yet another candid conversation on Bustle’s “One Nightstand,” the “13 Going on 30” actress revealed that she has had to fill in the shoes of both “mom and dad” during her co-parenting journey, and so has Affleck. 

She acknowledged the sense of loss that came with parting ways with Affleck after 13 years of marriage, but also highlighted the fact that it made her grow and learn to let go of things, per The Blast. 

Despite the painful split between Garner and Affleck, one thing remains clear: the former lovers are focused on prioritizing the well-being of their kids.

During a candid interview, Affleck opened up about not wanting his children to pursue an acting career. He admitted that while being a popular actor changes the dynamics for his children, he would love for them to figure out their passions on their own.
