Hilary Duff is making the most of her comeback, and fans are reveling in it. In a new social media post, the “Lizzie McGuire” alum thrilled fans, who raved over the singer’s radiant appearance in the comments.

Not only has Hilary Duff been in the headlines over the last few weeks due to her dramatic fallout with fellow Disney peer Ashley Tisdale, but the “Younger” alum is gearing up for the release of her first album, “luck… or something,” in over a decade.

Duff graced the stage on Monday, January 19, at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire to belt out old and new tracks and promote her upcoming album, which is scheduled for release in February 2026.

In a behind-the-scenes TikTok, Duff teases her return in perfect fashion while flaunting her flawless skin and bouncy blonde hair.

The sound Duff used was fitting for the moment as well. “I took over a year off and cut you b-tches some slack. Tell a friend to tell a friend … she’s back,” Duff mouthed in the video.

Hilary Duff Is Back In Action

Duff’s return to music has been teased for quite some time, with the 38-year-old releasing her single “mature” in November 2025 before sharing that there would be more to come. Duff’s journey from the recording studio back to the stage will also be chronicled in an untitled docuseries from “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” director Sam Wrench.

While the singer will embark on a full tour from the end of January 2026 through May, Duff’s recent London performance should give fans a glimpse of what they’ll see on the road.

From the clips already circulating online, it appears Duff is embracing nostalgia, performing her hits “With Love” and “What Dreams Are Made Of” from the “Lizzie McGuire Movie.”

Duff Reflects On Her Comeback With Emotional Instagram Post

Duff reflected on her return to the spotlight with a lengthy Instagram post, showcasing still images of herself singing and interacting with the audience. In the caption, Duff opened up about how much it means to her to be able to perform her songs again.

“18 years later, and I still can’t quite make sense of it all,” she said. “I’ve imagined what it might feel like to return to the stage, but last night was something else entirely. The love, the community, the energy…it met me in a way I wasn’t prepared for.”

Duff thanked her biggest fans and supporters for sticking with her throughout her music career, which began with her first studio album, “Santa Claus Lane,” in 2002.

In addition to the throwback singles, Duff also debuted an unreleased song, “We Don’t Talk,” during her gig at London’s O2. The track, which features moving lyrics many interpret as a reference to her reported strained relationship with her sister, has sparked widespread speculation.

“Don’t know when it happened / Not even sure what it was about / ‘Cause we come from the same home, same blood,” Duff sang. “People ask me how you’re doing / I wanna say amazing, but the truth is that I don’t know / What I always end up saying is how … We don’t talk, we don’t talk about it / We don’t talk about anything anymore.”

Sampling part of Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know,” if the song is indeed about Duff’s sister, Haylie, she seemed to allude to something deeper with the following line, according to The Blast.

“And if it’s ’cause you’re jealous / God knows I would sell it all, then break you off the bigger half.”
