For months, online speculation had followed Alina Rose like a shadow, but the situation took a devastating turn when rumors spilled into her private life.

During a recent Twitch stream, the Bop House creator broke down after learning that strangers had contacted her parents with explicit videos falsely claiming she appeared in them.

What began as internet gossip quickly became painfully personal.

The emotional moment came after long-running claims linking Rose to an anonymous OnlyFans creator, Candy Love.

Despite repeatedly denying the allegation, the rumor continued to circulate across platforms.

Rose confronted the accusation head-on in a TikTok video posted December 29, leaving no room for ambiguity.

“I’m not f-cking Candy Love,” she said bluntly. Frustration poured through as she continued, “I don’t know how many times I have to tell people that. I don’t know the obsession with this Candy Love, like why do you guys think it’s me? I wanna know who started that. I’m not her.”

Her words reflected exhaustion from constantly defending her identity as fans and critics alike dissected her appearance and online presence, fueling speculation that refused to fade.

The situation escalated dramatically when users allegedly began sending videos of Candy Love directly to Rose’s family, claiming the content featured her.

A viral clip from January 2 captured the fallout after Rose ended a Twitch stream early, burying her face in her hands as she cried.

During the broadcast, she expressed disbelief at the cruelty directed her way. “I don’t understand why people are so mean to me,” she said, before adding, “People come at me with things all the time. I wish they were nice.”

Speaking exclusively to The Blast, Rose explained that the damage cut far deeper than online embarrassment.

“It’s not just a rumor anymore,” she said. “It’s people actively trying to hurt me and my family. That’s the part I can’t get over.”

She also reflected on the years of effort behind her success, saying, “I’ve built my platform from nothing. I’ve streamed for years. And now, overnight, people want to reduce everything I’ve done to some random person’s adult videos.”

As the controversy spread, comment sections became battlegrounds.

Some users insisted the resemblance between the two women was undeniable, while others rejected the theory outright.

“I don’t think it’s her,” one user wrote. “Maybe cousins, but I doubt they’re the same person.”

Amid the noise, a wave of supporters rallied behind Rose, calling for empathy and restraint.

“It’s not fair what she’s going through,” one supporter commented. “Nobody deserves this.”

Rose has remained firm in her denial, reiterating, “I want to say this clearly again. I am not Candy Love. I’ve never made that kind of content. People saying otherwise are lying.”

Alina Rose Opens Up About Her Skinny BBL Decision

Months before her recent online turmoil, Rose was already grappling with intense public scrutiny over deeply personal choices.

In April 2025, the New York–born model underwent a so-called “skinny BBL,” a cosmetic procedure that transfers fat from other parts of the body to enhance the buttocks.

The surgery cost $32,000 and was driven by long-standing insecurities rather than a desire for shock value.

“I asked my surgeon for a ‘natural but snatched’ vibe — not too dramatic. Just enough to make people do a double take. The trolls were brutal,” Rose told the Daily Mail.

The reaction online stunned her. She shared, “They said, ‘You looked better before,’ ‘Just go to the gym,’ or, ‘You’ve ruined yourself.’ I’ve heard it all. People forget that I’m a real person.”

Rose explained that her relationship with her body had always been complicated.

“I already had a nice body. People would compliment it all the time, but I’ve always had a love-hate relationship with how I look,” she shared.

Weight fluctuations made her feel increasingly disconnected from her appearance.

“I got the skinny BBL because I was insecure, not because I didn’t love myself. My weight would fluctuate like crazy,” she revealed.

    Troll Backlash And Rose’s Response

After sharing photos of her results with her millions of followers, Alina Rose was met with an avalanche of harsh commentary.

Some questioned her motives, while others attacked her appearance outright.

“They were already good. Why?” one commenter wrote, while another asked, “All that for what?”

Others were even more cutting, calling the surgery “gross” or warning about medical risks.

Despite the backlash, Rose stood firm in her reasoning. “I didn’t get this surgery for likes or attention—I did it for me, and that’s enough,” she said.

She pushed back against claims that her decision stemmed from vanity, explaining, “It’s about finally feeling comfortable in your skin. This wasn’t a transformation, it was a tweak.”

For Rose, the procedure represented stability and control.

“I just wanted something more permanent. I wanted to still look like me, just a little bit better. Not crazy, just enhanced. I spent $32,000 on this surgery,” she said.

While critics continued to weigh in, she emphasized the emotional relief it brought her, noting, “For me, it’s peace of mind. It’s control over my body. It’s easy to say, ‘Just be confident,’ when you’ve never struggled with body image.”
