Adin Ross & Joe Budden Feud Escalates: He’s An ‘Antisemite’

Popular Kick streamer Adin Ross has responded to Joe Budden‘s criticism of him during a recent episode of his eponymous podcast. In a clip shared on social media, Budden asked his co-hosts to guess the one streamer with two names whom he “really dislikes.” After they correctly guessed Ross, the media personality confirmed that he doesn’t “f-ck with that little white boy.” As the episode continued, Budden explained that his apparent disdain for the streamer stems from his recent controversy with NFL star Puka Nacua.

“I don’t f-ck with nothing about him. Yes, I saw that Puka sh-t. That’s what has me on him,” Budden said.

Last week, Los Angeles Rams player Puka Nacua came under fire after appearing on a Ross livestream.

During the broadcast, Nacua mimicked a gesture Ross did that viewers have labeled antisemitic.

After the clip went viral, fans and political leaders expressed their displeasure with Nacua, including Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell, who said the wide receiver “should apologize or be dropped.”

Nacua was reportedly unaware that the gesture he recreated was considered offensive, as Ross later clarified in a statement. “To all the people on Twitter going at Puka, I did that,” he said, according to TMZ. “I’m Jewish, you know. It’s the same way that my Mexican brother here will crack Mexican jokes, I can stereotype a dude, do my own Jewish sh-t.”

Nonetheless, Nacua still apologized for his actions in an Instagram post, admitting that he “had no idea this act was antisemitic in nature and perpetuated harmful stereotypes against Jewish people.” The Rams issued a similar statement, saying, “There is no place in this world for Antisemitism as well as other forms of prejudice or hostility towards the Jewish people and people of any religion, ethnicity, or race.”

During a livestream on X (formerly Twitter), Ross briefly addressed Budden’s remarks before saying he’d respond in depth later. “You’re a miserable, disgusting … I been waiting to respond to you. You’re an antisemite. You’re so miserable,” Ross said about the New York rapper. “You f-cking suck at everything and I’m not even joking. F-ck Joe Budden. Who f-cks with Joe Budden? Nobody does,” he went on.

The response to Ross didn’t seem to support his statements, however, as many rushed to Budden’s defense. “A lot of people f-ck with Joe because at least he gonna tell you what is really on his mind,” a user wrote.

Another user questioned why Ross would brand Budden as an “antisemite” when he never mentioned religion in his original statement. “Did he even watch what Joe said … or did he just hear Joe said something?” a third user wondered.

Nacua’s gesture alongside Ross wasn’t the only incident during their livestream to cause backlash. At another point, Nacua began criticizing NFL officials, claiming that some of them are only looking for camera time. “The refs are the worst,” he said. “You don’t think [an official] is texting his friends in the group chat, like, ‘Yo, you guys just saw me on ‘Sunday Night Football’? That wasn’t [pass interference], but I called it.'”

Shortly after his game on Thursday, December 18, during which the Rams lost in a close match against the Seattle Seahawks, Nacua shared a critical post about the referees online, saying, “Can you say I was wrong? Appreciate you stripes for your contribution. Lol,” before quickly deleting it.
