This weekend’s rendition of college basketball brought all the chaos. Only three undefeated schools remain, one of which needed a dramatic finish, or two, to survive. Here are Week 12’s winners and losers.

    Winner: Kentucky Wildcats

For a second straight game, Kentucky trailed by at least 17 points but didn’t blink as it rallied on the road to knock off No. 24 Tennessee.

Aside from free-throw woes, the Wildcats offense looked strong, with four players reaching double figures. Guard Denzel Aberdeen accounted for 18 of his 22 points in the second half, and Kentucky made one final defensive stand to secure the much-needed victory.

HC Mark Pope has the Wildcats playing their best basketball right now, but road trips to No. 10 Vanderbilt and No. 17 Arkansas in the next two weeks will truly test how far this team has come.

    Loser: Iowa State Cyclones

No. 2 Iowa State entered the week as one of five remaining undefeated teams. But after being clobbered by Kansas, the Cyclones suffered a second straight defeat at Cincinnati.
