The drama is just getting heated with Ashley Tisdale and her alleged “toxic mom group.”

A member of the mom group sent a shady post supposedly in response to the actress’ claims of being neglected by her circle during her postpartum period.

Being a mom means the world to Ashley Tisdale, and she enjoys it despite facing complicated pregnancies and struggling with mental health challenges. The actress has been an advocate for mental health awareness, encouraging others going through the same plights.

Was There A Response To Ashley Tisdale’s ‘Toxic Mom Group’ Essay?

Shortly after Tisdale shared her breakaway from her former mom group, calling the association toxic, a response that may stir up clashes has dropped. The group members include Meghan Trainor, Hilary Duff, and Mandy Moore, amongst others.

She shared that one of her reasons for pulling away from the group is that she felt frozen out by her friends during a very sensitive time of her life as a mom. Samii Ryan, who has also been linked to the close-knit gang, reposted a video of a man lip-syncing to Megan Thee Stallion’s hit song, “Her.”

The Daily Mail shared that speculations that Ryan’s repost was geared at replying to Tisdale stemmed from the lyrics of the song and the caption “2026 mood.” She also shared a photo of a page from a book with words that couldn’t help but ignite rumors.

The Actress Began To Feel Left Out By The Other Moms

Tisdale stated that she parted ways with the mom group, describing the clique she once hailed as her “village of moms” as a “toxic mom group.”

The women in the group have been sharing vacations, baby classes, and playdates over the past four years. Recently, she noticed that she was being excluded by the same group that had been working together on navigating motherhood.

During her vulnerable postpartum months, when she needed the most support, she noticed that suddenly she was not invited to specific gatherings. The others would go, have fun, and then share photos on Instagram.

The whole experience gave high school vibes, and Tisdale just had to make the difficult decision to walk away. She noted that the group dynamic was no longer positive and healthy for her.

The Doting Mom Claims Essay Was Not Targeted At Anyone In Particular

While whispers arose that Tisdale was calling out particular members of her former mom group with her narrative, she cleared the air on the subject.

Shortly before she posted that article, fans noticed that she unfollowed both Moore and Duff on Instagram. This fueled more speculation and theories. Tisdale’s rep, however, outrightly stated that her article was not targeted at any celebrity in particular.

The Blast reported that her rep insisted that the widespread allegations that the essay was connected to her friendship with Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff, and Meghan Trainor were untrue.

Motherhood Changed The ‘High School Musical’ Alum’s Life

Tisdale is a mom to two adorable girls. She previously described motherhood as her favorite thing and a phase of life she really loves. As shared by PEOPLE, she struggled with the thought of expanding their family after her first daughter, Jupiter.

Her fears stemmed from the physical strain of pregnancy. After much consideration, she decided to put her fears aside and focus on the blessing that a child brings into a family.

With this, and after seeing how Jupiter relates with other children, she was convinced to try for a second baby. “She is for sure loving being a big sis,” Tisdale said, describing Jupiter’s love for her sister, Emerson.
