Justin Bieber has caused concern among fans after sharing a photo of himself seemingly smoking with a bong.

The pop star is currently on vacation in Aspen with his family, including Hailey Bieber and baby Jack, which is presumed to be where he took the photos.

The images come amid reports that Justin Bieber is planning a music comeback as he “needs the money.”

The Singer Shared Photos Of Himself Smoking From A Bong

Taking to Instagram, Bieber shared photos from his ongoing Aspen getaway.

In one photo, the singer, oddly wearing a hat and covered with a duvet, was seen lighting a bong that fans speculated contained marijuana.

He also posted two additional images, capturing him inhaling and exhaling smoke from the bong.

The remaining shots featured the singer holding what appeared to be a smoking paraphernalia.

While marijuana is legal in Colorado, the state where Aspen is located, that didn’t stop an avalanche of complaints from fans criticizing the act.

In the comment section of Bieber’s post, fans were left worried by his bong use, especially as it was shared shortly after reports of him and his wife, Hailey, having marital issues.

One wrote, “What a good example for a bad dad. Congratulations,” while another asked, “You have a baby now and this is what you choose to post?”

A third person noted, “Time to grow up and be a father and husband, no woman wants this for themselves.”

“Take care yourself and your family! Family is the best ever! Nothing is more important,” another fan said.

Some fans also commented that there shouldn’t be any fuss about Bieber smoking marijuana.

One wrote, “Chill guys it’s WEED. Legal in Colorado. The equivalent of having a beer on vacation.”

Another commented, “So many rude comments, can you give him a break? Lol, there’s nothing wrong with weed.”

Bieber’s photos come after a report emerged about his desire to start making music again in 2025.

According to the Daily Mail, the report claims that the singer “needs the money” and now “wants to work” after canceling the remainder of his Justice World Tour in 2023.

It’s alleged that Bieber “still owes” the touring company AEG “a significant amount” for calling off the tour and may now be looking to return to work to address this debt.

The pop star is also said to have several “other pop star expenses” that require funding.

If Bieber does plan to return actively to music, he will need to hire a new lineup of supporting staff, as he recently parted ways with manager Scooter Braun.

Additionally, any new creations will not be tied to his previous catalog, which he sold the rights to for $200 million in 2023.

Justin Bieber Recently Shared Photos Of Himself In A Creative Session

The singer has already hinted at working on new music, sharing photos of himself in a creative setting over the weekend.

In one of the snaps, Bieber could be seen singing into a mic with his eyes closed while artist MK.gee was in the background pressing his phone.

Another shot featured a similar setting with both stars, but this time, MK.gee appeared deeply focused on the creation process.

Adding to the rumors that the singer intends to make a comeback, he was seen singing lyrics to a new song earlier in the month.

The lyrics from the “Baby” hitmaker read, “I’m takin’ it/ You takin’ bait/ I’m shakin’ it/ You’re shakin’ it/ Shakin’ off the hate.”

Also, months before the speculation emerged, MK.gee had told The New York Times that he had written and recorded some songs with the pop star.

In the interview, MK.gee praised Bieber while discussing how good their sessions were.

“Anything that comes out of his mouth: That’s pop music,” he told the publication about Bieber. “You can really do pretty wild stuff behind that, just because it represents something.’”
