‘1000-Lb. Sisters’ Star Tammy Slaton Stuns Fans With Post-Surgery Look

Tammy Slaton has debuted a stunning post-plastic surgery makeover that has left fans in awe.

The “1000-lb Sisters” star had previously expressed concerns about going under the knife to achieve a more trimmed face, explaining that she was worried about how she was “going to look” when looking at herself afterward.

More than a year after the death of her husband Caleb Willingham, Tammy Slaton unveiled her new relationship with girlfriend Andrea, but was initially skeptical about what her family would think.

Tammy Slaton almost looked unrecognizable in a new video after undergoing excess skin removal surgery on her chin and losing over 500 pounds.

The 38-year-old reality TV star took to TikTok to share a series of stunning clips, using the opportunity to show off her slimmed-down figure and appearance. Tammy also looked loved up in the clip alongside her new girlfriend, Andrea.

“You know I never found love until I looked into your eyes,” a singer in the backing track of one of the videos can be heard singing.

In a previous clip, she used a filter on a photo that gave her a makeover based on different decades to showcase her slimmed-down face. One showed her as someone in the 1920s, while three others revealed what she might look like, styled for the 1940s, 1960s, and 1980s.

Several fans took to the comment section of Tammy’s post to react to her new look, with many explaining that she looked different.

A fan wrote, “I AM SO GLAD YOU FOUND YOUR WINGS TAMMY YOU STOLE THE SHOW WE FREAKING LOVE YOU SO MUCH SO PROUD OF YOU GIRL!!!!! YOU DESERVE ALL OF THE HAPPINESS, SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SOUL!!!!! I RELATE TO YOU A LOT!!!!!”

Another fan said, “You look awesome, Tammy!!! So happy for you. It’s nice to see you happy again, and I’m happy for you!”

A third TikTok user penned, “Tammy, you’re so pretty!! Seriously! You’re going to be so happy (once you’ve recovered, of course), after they get rid of all that extra skin.”

“You look so good, Tammy, and I’m not talking about the skin removal,” another user noted. “Happy genuinely looks great on you.”

A fan commented, “Tammy! You had skin removal on your face! You look so good! Love it! So proud of you and your accomplishments.”

Before going under the knife, Tammy was quite skeptical about embarking on the procedure because she didn’t know what the outcome would look like.

Speaking about what she was worried about, she told E! News: “Just really the pain and then my fear of how I’m going to look [when] looking at myself afterward.”

“I’m so used to seeing all this hanging [from] my arms, and now when I wake up Sunday or Saturday, I’m not going to have this anymore,” she continued.

She then added: “I’m going to look halfway normal from [the] face down. It’s scary but rewarding at the same time.”

Meanwhile, Tammy was quite startled after hitting her weight loss goal.

Starting the series at over 700 pounds, she was stunned when she took to the scales in the TLC reality show’s seventh season, as it was revealed she now weighed 201 pounds, a far cry from what she weighed five years ago.

The clip was posted on TLC’s Instagram page, with the caption: “Tammy can’t believe her eyes when she steps on the scale on #1000lbSisters.”

“Am I reading that wrong?” she asked before the number was confirmed. “I’ve lost about 50-something pounds since being here?”

Tammy was all smiles as her sister Amy congratulated her: “201lbs, that’s freaking amazing, girl.”

“I can’t remember the last time being this small,” Tammy admitted.
