Israel and Lebanon Agree to Renew Cease-Fire

Israel and Lebanon agreed on Wednesday to renew a cease-fire after U.S.-mediated talks in Washington. The agreement depends on the cooperation of Hezbollah, the Iran-backed militia.

“The cease-fire is contingent on a complete cessation of Hezbollah fire and the evacuation of all Hezbollah operatives from the South Litani sector.” “I’d like to separate it. I’d like to have a separate thing because it is separate.”
