Gwyneth Paltrow is fully embracing her role as a mother, offering advice and support as her daughter, Apple Martin, begins carving out her own place in Hollywood.

The “Marty Supreme” actress has enjoyed a career spanning more than two decades, earning praise and accolades along the way.

Now, as Apple, whom she shares with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, lands a major movie role, Paltrow is ready to pass down lessons from her own experience.

During a May 27 appearance on the “Today” show with Savannah Guthrie, Paltrow could not hide her excitement about her daughter’s achievement. “I am really proud of her, really thrilling,” the 53-year-old gushed.

The Oscar winner appeared thrilled by the film’s impressive cast, pointing out that Jude Law and Owen Wilson are attached to the project. “It’s incredible,” she said with a smile.

When asked what advice she gives Apple and her son Moses, who recently signed with Interscope Records, about working in a high-profile industry, Paltrow kept it honest.

“That it’s hard. It’s a difficult road,” the “Marty Supreme” actress admitted. “But it’s worth pursuing if that’s their absolute truth.” She added that she also tells them “not to read anything about themselves.”

Apple, who recently graduated from Vanderbilt University, was announced a few days ago as part of the cast for an upcoming Nancy Meyers comedy film.

The project, described as semi-autobiographical, marks the 22-year-old’s first acting role since appearing in an episode of HBO’s “Rooster.” Beyond screen work, she has modeled for fashion houses including Chloé and Gap.

Although she once considered going to law school, Martin shared earlier this year that she is now following in her mother’s footsteps after initially trying to avoid it in her “rebellious” phase.

At the time, she explained that while she enjoyed music, the idea of performing in front of a crowd made her nervous.

“I like musical theater, but getting onstage by yourself to sing is so terrifying,” she told Vogue in an interview. “I love dancing, and I love acting. My dream is to act.”

That dream is now becoming a reality with Meyers’ forthcoming film, which the director described on Instagram as “about a group of people making a film and the magic and mystery of what we do.”

Alongside news of her acting debut, Martin recently drew attention online after sharing a photo that fueled rumors about her love life.

As The Blast reported, the model posted a picture of an unidentified dark-haired man wrapping his arms around her outside what appeared to be a pub.

The image included no caption or tag, immediately prompting fans to speculate about the man’s identity and whether the two are dating.

The rumors intensified after fans noticed Martin had previously interacted online with former classmate Andrew Smith. Additionally, a dark-haired man was spotted days earlier walking closely behind Martin and her mother during graduation celebrations.

Martin also found herself at the center of rumors claiming she had been expelled from school for bullying. She quickly denied the accusations and defended her reputation.

As The Blast reported, Martin dismissed the claims as “completely false,” adding that she “has never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.”

While acknowledging that not everyone online will like her, she emphasized that the rumor crossed a line. A source close to the budding actress also stepped in to defend her, describing her as a “total girls’ girl,” and the criticisms aimed at her were “untrue.”

As Apple steps into adulthood and pursues acting, Paltrow recently reflected on how emotional it has been adjusting to life without her children at home. The Goop founder admitted the transition was harder than she expected.

“I really struggled when they all went, and then I thought, ‘Okay, I’m all good,’” she said, per The Blast. “And then in September again, I kind of fell off a cliff for the second time,” she added.

Still, the Goop founder acknowledged that the change is ultimately what every parent hopes for.
