Offset is already back on his feet after a frightening shooting scare that left fans worried just days ago.

Less than a week after being shot in the leg outside a Florida casino, the rapper took to social media with a series of posts showing him on his feet like nothing had happened.

The dramatic comeback came after Offset shared an emotional health update, thanking fans for their support while making it clear that his focus remains on healing, family, and getting back to music.

On Sunday, Offset took to his Instagram page with a grateful heart, sharing a series of pictures that showed him looking fully recovered. The photos showed him looking dapper in a camouflage two-piece, which had a hoodie.

The rapper paired the outfit with red footwear and sunglasses. In one of the pictures, Offset posed standing on his feet, in a scenic location, featuring a swimming pool and some trees.

Other slides featured him sitting on the pool’s edge with his legs immersed in the water. The 34-year-old seemed to be advertising the two-piece and footwear brand, as one of the photos showed him hiding the slides in his hands and sampling the logo.

“God is Good. Thank you,” he captioned the post. In no time, the post garnered thousands of likes with fans affirming the singer’s words in his caption. “God is good..all the time…all the time God is good,” one person wrote.

Another commented, “Ain’t nothing to a boss. Nobody can stop God’s plan,” while a third shared, “Glad you good gang we pushing 2026.”

Hours before the post, Offset sent fans into a frenzy when he appeared at Coachella in a wheelchair before suddenly rising to perform.

The dramatic moment quickly became one of the festival’s most talked-about surprises, especially given the rapper’s recent injury.

Videos shared on Instagram showed him being wheeled out in front of a packed crowd, only to get up moments later and launch into his set.

The crowd erupted as the “Open It Up” crooner walked around the stage and even jumped during parts of the performance, suggesting his recovery had progressed far faster than many expected.

The hitmaker looked energized in a red long-sleeve top, black sweatpants, a skeleton face mask, and a hat.

He later posted more photos of himself standing and posing backstage, clearly in good spirits after the set.

Keeping the caption simple but meaningful, Offset wrote, “REAL LOVE,” a message that reflected both the support he received from fans and the emotion surrounding his return.

Fans couldn’t stay silent about the encouraging sight and trooped to the comments section to air their thoughts.

Many expressed happiness over Offset’s health, with one fan writing, “I’m glad he’s able to be there and perform. Life is precious. He definitely had his guardian angel watching over him,” one fan wrote.

A second user added, “I’m glad you good at @Offset. No weapon forms against you shall prosper, lil bro.”

Unfortunately, not all the comments were positive, as some fans noted that the shooting story was a lie. According to them, it was impossible for Offset to make full recovery in a week.

“These rappers wear anything now days CTFU he ain’t hurt that sh*t was fake he never got shot,” one person stated, while another commented, “Man so the shooting story was a prank!!? Fear artists.”

Offset Opens Up About Recovery After Florida Shooting

🚨 BREAKING: Rapper Offset was spotted smoking in a hospital gown after being shot Monday near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. pic.twitter.com/33EfUWgkx3

Offset’s return to the spotlight comes just days after he was shot in the leg in Florida.

As The Blast reported, the 34-year-old was injured on April 6 while in the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

According to early reports, the incident broke out after what police described as an affray, or fight.

At the time, Offset’s representative confirmed that the rapper had been rushed to a local hospital but was in stable condition. Authorities also said the situation was brought under control quickly, helping ease fears that the incident could have escalated further.

The day after the shooting, Offset was photographed outside the hospital smoking a cigarette alongside his mother, Latabia Woodward.

Though visibly shaken by the ordeal, he appeared calm and composed. By Saturday, he chose to address fans directly with a reflective message about his recovery and mindset.

“I’m good … but I’m planning to be better,” Offset wrote on Instagram. Rather than focusing only on the physical injury, the rapper made it clear that the experience had given him a renewed sense of perspective.

He shared that his priorities had shifted toward what matters most, adding that he was “focused on my family, my recovery and getting back to the music.”

Offset also acknowledged the emotional toll of the incident, describing life as a balance between triumph and hardship, while stressing that he is determined to keep pushing forward.

While Offset has focused on healing, questions around the Florida shooting remain. Police said the incident began with a fight in the valet area, though details surrounding what exactly led to the gunfire are still under scrutiny.

The situation drew added attention when fellow rapper Lil Tjay was arrested in connection with the altercation and charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct-affray.

However, Lil Tjay’s legal team strongly rejected claims that he was involved in the shooting itself. His lawyer, Dawn Florio, issued a statement pushing back against what she described as false rumors linking her client to the gunfire that left Offset hurt.

“We are issuing this release in regards to false rumors that Lil Tjay was involved in a shooting … which [resulted] in non-life-threatening injuries to Offset, formerly a member of Migos,” Florio said.

She also clarified, “Lil Tjay has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting. Any reporting to the contrary is false.”

As the legal side of the incident plays out, Offset seems determined to focus on what comes next rather than what went wrong.

In his message to fans, he reflected on how quickly life can shift and emphasized that even painful setbacks do not mean the game is over. He closed by describing life as a gamble, while making it clear he is “still playing to win.”

For Offset, the shooting may have been a frightening interruption, but his rapid return to performing shows he has no plans of stepping away for long.
