“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kandi Burruss has officially settled her divorce with her ex-husband, Todd Tucker. A new report shares details about the reality star’s settlement, including the hefty six-figure sum she was ordered to pay him as they officially part ways. The news of Burruss and Tucker’s settlement comes months after the former Xscape singer announced they were splitting after 11 years of marriage.

According to TMZ, neither Burruss nor Tucker will pay child or spousal support, and they both agreed to share joint legal and physical custody. Burruss will keep her minor children’s passports; however, Tucker may request them at any time for international travel.

Regarding their pricier assets, Burruss will keep her 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Cheverloet Camaro. Tucker, meanwhile, is getting a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, a 2020 Porsche 911, a 2023 Range Rover, a 1973 Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.

The settlement states that the former married couple agreed to sell a food truck they own, while their real estate will be divided among them.

Per TMZ, Burruss will pay Tucker a massive $426,000 settlement amid their split, and the exes agreed to split their credit card points.

The legal documents also state that Tucker paid Burruss $38,000 to settle his balance on their 2025-26 Atlanta Hawks season tickets, which will remain in Burruss’ possession.

Burruss and Tucker’s settlement comes months after the “Fly Above” singer announced their separation shortly after BravoCon 2025.

“I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family,” she said.

Before reaching their settlement, Tucker and Burruss blasted each other in court documents, according to a previous report from The Blast.

In one filing, Burruss accused Tucker of failing to pay for any of their shared home’s expenses, including “upkeep of the home, to include – utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, or even fees associated with the alarm system.”

To make matters worse, Burruss also said Tucker has failed to provide financial support to their children and left the responsibility squarely on her.

Tucker, meanwhile, accused Burruss of spending significant time away from their children because of her busy schedule, leading him to request physical sole custody of their children.

Burruss’ divorce from Tucker won’t be shown on the upcoming season of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” as the veteran TV personality departed the show after season 15 in 2024.

“It’s been 14 seasons, and they allowed us to sit around for a little too long, but during that time I had started working on a lot of other things, and I got some nice big projects coming soon, so I’m super excited about those things,” Burruss said.

Despite walking away, Burruss admitted she’s still rooting for the show’s success.

“I think it’s important to continue to support the franchise even though I’m not there because I was there for 14 seasons, and I want them to be successful,” she said, per The Blast. “I want ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ to continue on another 15 years.”

Amid her divorce from Tucker, Burruss returned to New York City to star in the Broadway production “& Juliet” as Angelique.

This isn’t the first time Burruss has starred on Broadway, either. In 2018, the TV personality took the stage in “Chicago.”

During a December 2025 interview, the Grammy winner said her return to the big stage felt “f-cking perfect.”

“At first, I was a little nervous, I’m not going to lie,” she said. “I have not performed on Broadway in eight years, since Chicago. That’s a long time! And yeah, I toured with Xscape, and have done acting roles, but of course, I want to be on point, I want to be right! But I feel strong about it. I feel good. I feel ready to go.”

Burruss went on to say that starring in “& Juliet” gave her a much-needed confidence boost, especially because her character’s music was so empowering.

“I’m always in my head, doubting myself — even though I guess it may look to other people like I never have doubts. But people just see the shiny part of the coin, right?” she said. “You don’t see the other side, where it’s kind of dull. It’s kind of like, ‘Oh my God, I don’t know if this is what I’m supposed to be doing?’ So I’m really hearing those words now.”
