    Ukraine Marks Fourth Year of War With Russia With Moment of Silence

    Ukrainians on Tuesday commemorated four years since Russia’s full-scale invasion began. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed on both sides in Europe’s deadliest conflict since World War Two.

    “This is a real financial guarantee of our security and our resilience. And it must be implemented. And I thank everyone who is working to make it happen.”

    Ukrainians on Tuesday commemorated four years since Russia’s full-scale invasion began. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed on both sides in Europe’s deadliest conflict since World War Two.
