    Insider Details Will & Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Mood At Fashion Week

    The marriage between Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith is one of the most talked-about in Hollywood. This stems partly from the much-buzzed-about Oscar’s slap, in which Smith attacked Chris Rock for an unkind joke about his wife. Since then, the couple has spoken openly about the changes in their marriage, including the revelation that they are no longer romantically involved. Now, a new report says they were in good spirits together while supporting their son, Jaden Smith, at Parish Fashion Week.

    Will Smith Reunited With Jada Pinkett-Smith Recently

    According to In Touch, the Smiths were seen together for the first time in four months at Parish Fashion Week on January 21. Notably, their son showed his debut collection as Christian Louboutin’s first men’s creative director at the event. Per the report, they both wore monochromatic black outfits while supporting their son at the fashion show.

    Now, an insider from the event has given PEOPLE an exclusive about the Smiths and how they seemed while in Paris. They told the outlet, “Will and Jada were great. They drove around Paris and were very happy. They were all about this amazing, united family front to support Jaden and enjoy Fashion Week.”

    The Couple Was Spotted Together In 2025

    Public appearances from the Smiths as a couple have become increasingly rare in recent years. According to Parade, the last time they were spotted together was in September 2025, before January 2026. At that time, they were seen in Malibu, California, out to lunch at Nobu.

    The photos of the couple featured him wearing khaki pants and a white t-shirt with a baseball cap. She wore a tan strapless maxi dress with open-toed shoes and a pair of sunglasses. Smith could also be seen holding her bag as she held her long dress to walk during the autumn outing.

    Before that, the Smiths were photographed in November 2024 while at Crossroads Kitchen in Calabassas. They also appeared on several red carpets for movie premieres in the years leading up to this, including the “Bad Boys: Ride or Die” premiere in May 2024.

    Jaden Smith Has Been Interested In Fashion For Quite Sometime

    Smith, like his talented parents, has worn many professional hats throughout his life, including those of rapper and actor. Regarding his line with Christian Louboutin, it been in the works for a number of years. According to Vogue, Smith first met Louboutin in 2019, and they remained in touch in the years after.

    Smith spoke to the outlet in January 2026 about the collection. He said, “I was shocked and surprised when Christian reached out to me. But I was even more surprised about how much we clicked. I think that Christian trust me. And I trust in his belief in me.” He also responded to the criticism he’s faced for becoming one of the creative directors at the legendary fashion house.

    According to him, “sometimes, because people who don’t have a formal training don’t understand the rules, they paint outside of the box in weird ways. Because they don’t know where the boxes are.”

    She Opened Up About Her Status With Will In 2023

    Pinkett-Smith discussed the fact that she and her husband had been separated in 2023 while promoting her memoir, “Worthy.” The actress said on Today that they had lived “completely separate lives” since 2016. This came after they first tied the knot in 1997. Still, they were not divorced on paper.

    Regarding why they hadn’t divorced yet, she said it was due to “just not being ready yet … Still trying to figure out between the two of us how to be in partnership … In regards to, how do we present that to people? We hadn’t figured that out.” Pinkett-Smith also discussed why their longtime marriage went south.

    She went on, “Why it fractured…that — that’s a lot of things … By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.”

    They Both Remain Busy

    Both the Smiths’ public reputations suffered a bit after the 2016 Oscar slap. However, they remain busy these days, and the media storm has blown over, with even Rock moving forward. In terms of his career, he released his latest album, “Based on a True Story,” in May 2025. Following its release, the “Bad Boys” star embarked on a tour. Smith also has several movies coming up, some starring him and others as a producer.

    Pinkett-Smith also has several upcoming movies as a producer, per IMDb. Some include “Uptown Saturday Night” and “Straight Talk.”
